Whatever is most reliable but affordable too! It had a rock retaining wall that is slowly losing the fill around it

Do you know the dimensions of the area? Does it need a new drain installed or is the one in the base sufficient?

Drain is sufficient! :) it would be 3 feet high and 39 inches to the edge of the bottom
